Spinach Pesto
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Basil
1 1/2 cups spinach
1.5 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in Blender and blend until smooth consistency forms. Refrigerate.
