Creamy Cucumber Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Halve cucumber lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small pieces.
Place cucumber pieces, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
