Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and diced
16 oz. sour cream
2 pkg ranch style dressing mix
6 oz.bacon bits
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp onion flakes, dehydrated
1 tsp garlic powder
1 bag hash brown potatoes, frozen
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients. Add hash browns and mix until potatoes are coated.
Spread in 13x9 casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes.
