Sweet Onion Dip
Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmigiano reggiano, grated
1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped
pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix everything. place it in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350F oven until the top is nice and browned, about 30-50 minutes.
