Chicken Parm Meatball Sliders
Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup Rag?? Old World Style? Traditional Sauce
12 slider rolls, halved horizontally
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Combine chicken bread crumbs, garlic, oregano, salt, egg and mozzarella together in a bowl. Mix well and roll into 12 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Place meatballs in a skillet and place skillet in preheated oven. Cook until meatballs are cooked through 20 - 25 minutes.
While meatballs are cooking, heat Ragu? Old World Style? Pasta Sauce until warmed through.
Toast the rolls.
Remove meatballs from oven,
To make a slider, spoon sauce on the bottom of a slider bun. Top with meatball and top of bun. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
