Jalapeno Crab Dip

Jalapeno Crab Dip 


12 oz backfin crabmeat, cleaned

1/4 cup diced onion

1 jalapeno, seeded and diced

16 oz cream cheese cubed and softened

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon paprika,

1/2 teaspoon white pepper


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse about 10 times.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl and chill for 1-2 hours. Stir before serving.

Serve with crackers, raw vegetables, or toasted bread.
