Maryland Pineapple Crab Salad
Ingredients:
1 pound backfin crab meat
1/2 cup diced celery
1 hard-cooked egg, diced
1/2 cup green pepper
1 cup salad dressing
1 small can pineapple chunks
Directions:
Combine ingredients, chill and serve in a halved avocado
Serves 4 to 6.
