Chesapeake Bay Crab Meltaways
1 pound fresh crab meat
1/2 pound butter, softened
1 jar Old English sharp cheese spread
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
English muffins
Directions:
Mix together butter and cheese until blended; add salts and mayonnaise. Stir in crab meat. Cut each English muffin half into quarters. Put a teaspoon of crab mixture on each quarter. Put under broiler until light brown.
