Old Bay Potato Salad
Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes
1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
4 tbsps freshly chopped onion
2 tbsps freshly chopped celery
2 tsps Old Bay Seasoning
2 fresh eggs, hard boiled, coarse chopped
Directions:
Boil potatoes in water until tender (be careful not to overcook); drain well and let cool.
Add mayonnaise, onion, celery, and Old Bay Seasoning
Mix together and blend well. Fold in chopped eggs.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or more.
