Grilled Salmon Bruschetta


Ingredients:

1  tomato, chopped

1/2  small sweet onion, thinly sliced

1 clove  garlic, minced

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided

1  skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb.)

2 Tbsp.  chopped fresh basil make it


Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients with 3 Tbsp. dressing.

Spray large sheet heavy-duty foil with cooking spray; place on grill grate. Top with fish, flesh side down.

Grill 5 min.; turn. Brush with remaining dressing; top with tomato mixture.

Grill 18 to 20 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork; top with basil.

Ingredients:

1 lb.  ground beef

1/4 cup  A.1. Original Sauce, divided

4  slices of American cheese

4  hamburger buns

4  lettuce leaves

8 slices  cooked Bacon, broken in half


Directions:

Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. steak sauce; shape into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Fold each Singles into quarters;
place on 4 patties. Top with remaining patties; pinch edges together to seal.

Grill for 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), placing buns, cut-sides down, on grill grate the last 2 min.

place burgers on buns  with lettuce, remaining steak sauce and bacon.
