Baltimore Baked Crab Meat



Ingredients:

 1 Pound Crab meat , cleaned and picked

 1 1/2 cups Milk

1/2 stick butter

2 Tablespoons flour

2 eggs, beaten well

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 lemon, juiced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

 1 Teaspoon Chopped parsley 1

1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Directions:

Make a thick cream sauce as follows: Melt butter in heavy saucepan, blend in flour; add milk and stir constantly until thickened.

Season with salt, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire, parsley, cayenne, and celery salt.

Add the eggs unbeaten and stir, but do not let boil.

Mix well with the crab meat.

Place in a glass baking dish.

Cover with buttered bread crumbs and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a medium (350-degree) oven.

Ingredients:

1 pack Hot Dogs

1 pack Hot Dog rolls

1 lb. Lump Crab Meat, cleaned and picked

1 lb Elbow Macaroni

1 T Oil

3 T Butter

4 T Flour

1.5 Cups 2% Milk

2 Cups Mild or Medium Cheddar Cheese

3/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

2 tsp Dry Mustard Powder

2 tsp Chili Powder

2 tablespoons  Old Bay Seasoning


Directions:

Boil elbow macaroni.

Heat another pot to medium heat and add oil and butter.

Add flour and whisk for a few minutes until lightly browned.

Drizzle in milk while whisking.

Slowly add handfuls of cheese and stir until smooth.

Add dry mustard, salt, pepper, chili powder.

Add cooked macaroni to pot and stir well.

Grill hot dogs.

Top hot dogs with macaroni and cheese and crab meat.

Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on top.
