Creamy Burrito Casserole



Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1/2 onion, chopped

1 package taco seasoning

6 large flour tortillas

1 can refried beans

2 -3 cups shredded taco cheese or cheddar cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

4 ounces sour cream


Directions:

Brown beef and onion; drain.

Add taco seasoning and stir in refried beans.

Mix soup and sour cream in a separate bowl.

Spread 1/2 sour cream mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish.

Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream mixture.

Put 1/2 the meat bean mixture over that.

Add a layer of cheese.

Repeat the layers.

Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 pack of taco seasoning

1 can (16 oz) chili peppers

1can (16 oz)refried beans

1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes

3 1/2 cups Fritos corn chips

1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup sour cream

1 lb. lean ground beef


Directions:

Cook ground beef until meat is cooked; drain. Mix in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beans, taco blend and 1/4 c. of cheese

Sprinkle 1 container corn chips in bottom of 8x8 preparing dish. Spread with bean mixture
Prepare at 350 for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream over beans Top with remaining corn chips and cheese

Cook 4-5 minutes longer
