Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients
 
1 lb ground beef

1 small red pepper

1 small sweet onion

1 can corn

1 can sloppy joe sauce

2 oz cream cheese

8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded


Directions:

Preheat oven 350 degrees.in a large skillet brown the ground beef with pepper and onion until the meat cooked through. drain the grease off return to heat .

Stir in corn sloppy sauce,cream cheese. cook over low heat until the cheese melted.

In a 9x 13 baking dishes arrange the tater tot in single layer and than spread meat mixture over them and sprinkle chesse and repeat until you run out mixture


Bake for and hour and 45 minutes.

Creamy Garlic Pasta

Ingredients:
 
2 tsp olive oil

4 clove garlic, minced

2 Tbsp butter

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

3 c chicken broth

1/2 lb spaghetti

1 c grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 c heavy cream

1 1/2 Tbsp dried parsley


Directions:

In a medium pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.  Add the garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes.  Add butter and melt, stirring constantly.  Add salt, pepper, and 3 cups chicken broth.  Bring to a boil.  Add the pasta and cook according to box directions.

Add a little more chicken broth if the noodles start to stick to the bottom and burn.  Add the cheese, cream, and parsley when the pasta is cooked to your desired tenderness and mix thoroughly.
