 Bacon Wrapped Cream Cheese Bites




Ingredients:

12 slice hickory bacon, thick cut

8 slice bread, sandwich

8 oz cream cheese garlic & herb flavor

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

3 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning


Directions:

Add 1/2 tsp. smokey Paprika to the 8 oz tub of garlic & herb flavored cream cheese and mix until combined. On 4 slices of bread, generously spread the cream cheese mixture and top with another slice of bread.

Cut off the bread crust. Cut each sandwich in 3 rows, turn and cut in half making 6 bites.

Cut 12 slices of bacon in half. Wrap each bite with a slice of bacon, secure with a toothpick.

Cover a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Add wrapped bacon bites to prepared pan. Sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning over each one.

Place in the center rack of a 400* F oven and cook for 25-30 minutes, until bacon is brown and cooked. For a crisper bacon, place under the broiler for approximately 1 minute

Ingredients:
 
3 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

3 stalks celery, chopped

3 carrots, peeled and chopped

1 onion, diced

10 oz frozen spinach

2 cans cream of chicken soup

2 cans water

32 oz chicken broth

16 oz cheese or chicken tortellini


Directions:

Put olive oil in the bottom of a large soup/stock pan. Saute' garlic, celery, carrots and onions until tender. Add frozen spinach. Break up blocks of spinach as you cook. Continue to saute' until spinach thaws, then heats up. Add cream of chicken soup and water. Add chicken broth and then add tortellini. Heat and Serve
